Come up with a (preferably lengthy) title for a story. Then, each paragraph of it must start with each letter of the title.
Example:
Title: Lavender Roses
First paragraph: “Lilacs are nice, but roses are better,” I argued.
Second paragraph: “Argue all you want, but I disagree.”
Third paragraph: “Very well then. Disagree all you like. I can’t fathom how wrong you are about this.”
And so on. You obviously don’t have to start with dialogue like I did; I just did that so it would be easier to establish what I was doing.
