Trope I am officially done with: Hetero couples yelling at one another until they get so mad they make out.
Yeah, seriously. I don’t think that has ever happened. Or it at least doesn’t happen with the regularity that the media tries to tell us it does.
It just doesn’t work, okay? It makes no sense. And it tries to assert that making out solves actual problems that need to be hashed out.
It’s also lazy. Let them scream until their voices wear out. Let them cry until they can’t anymore. Let them wear themselves out and have to sit down on the couch. Don’t take the easy way out.
