The good thing about starting early is that you can take your time and make sure you do everything how you want it to! Use that as a comforting thing, not a stressful thing. So, take a deep breath and try to channel that extra time into something good.
It depends on what the application forms look like and if you have the space to talk about what the blog is.
On my online resume, I include my blog on my “Skills and additional info” section and additional links.

I think if there’s room to talk about it, you can include it and explain what it is and why you’re working on it. I doubt they will hold your language against you, especially if it’s not just random expletives everywhere.
If your writing is mature and you’re proud of your blog, go ahead and include it. What might work is to talk about the blog in one spot of the application and then include the link at the end like, “If you’re interested in looking at my blog, then you can visit it here: [insert link].”
That’s the best I can think of right now without knowing more. 🙂
