Have you taken all of your meds today?

Has it been more than 5 hours since you last ate?

Don’t forget to sleep.

Making your bed and taking showers can be really hard. It is okay if you don’t want to do them today. But you should try to do it sometime this week.

You are loved.

Your life has value.

There are a million reasons to stay here with us.
